Payments can be coursed through bank transfer (BPI and BDO), Mobile Fund Transfer, GCASH, PayMaya or credit card (via PayPal or PayMaya). Deposit must be made within 24 hours upon ordering.

Once payment is acknowledged, we will process your order/s. For readily available items, lead time is 4-6 days while for pre-ordered items, lead time is 30-45 days.
Lalamove delivery (for Metro Manila and Greater Metro Manila only)
Lalamove delivery fee depends on the location and time of day. Once your order is ready, a representative from Christiana will contact you sending the exact amount of the delivery. Shipping is shouldered by the customer.
This delivery type is available only on weekdays.
Domestic Standard Shipping: JRS Express (for Metro Manila, Greater Metro Manila and Provincial Areas)
Items will be brought to shipping center every Monday. Expect the delivery 5-7 days after shipping has been processed. The Php 205 fee is a base rate. The price might increase depending on your location and item weight.
Shipping takes 2-3 days after which for Metro Manila. As for provincial shipping, expect to receive it within 7 l-14 days after payment. Our standard delivery courier operates from Monday-Saturday.

Courier / LBC / FedEx (for International Shipping)
Order will then be physically brought to the courier for weighing to determine the exact shipping rate. An additional payment may be required based on the weight of items and the specific destination country. Expect an email from us detailing the exact cost for shipping and payment method. Please take note, however, that taxes may apply once the package arrives in your country so an additional payment may be required by the courier.
International shipping will take around 7-14 days.
