How much does shipping cost?

For international shipping, your order will be physically brought to the courier for weighing to determine the exact shipping rate. An additional payment may be required based on the number of items and the specific destination country. Expect an email from us detailing the exact cost for shipping and payment method.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Bank of the Philippine Islands and Banco De Oro bank deposits / online transfers / mobile transfers and PayPal. Account details will be given to you once your order has been successfully placed.

Do you accept returns and exchanges?

We accept returns and exchanges within 3 days of delivery. Subject for approval. Items must be in their original condition.  You may email us at
with Subject: Return / Exchange.

For return / exchange of items, kindly return the item to us within 7 working days. Shipping costs will be shouldered by the customer.

We only allow a ONE TIME EXCHANGE for all our items. Kindly make sure you are getting the correct size and item of your choice for all exchanges. All items marked sale are final.

We DO NOT accept refunds. A piece of the same size and design will be sent unless the customer requests for another item available on hand. If the item is not available, store credit valid for 6 months will be given instead.

How do I order online?

  1. Browse through our items and "Add to Cart". You may also opt to shop some more
  2. Click "View Cart". Review your cart, then click on "Checkout".
  3. Fill us in with your details and shipping information. Alternatively, log into your account to speed up the process. 
  4. Head on to the next step to choose your Payment Option.
  5. After completing payment, we shall take it from here and send your confirmation details.

When do you ship out paid orders?

Payments made before 11am the same day will be included in the next day pick up for shipping. Meanwhile, payments made after 11am will be picked up and shipped out after 2 working days. We do not ship on weekends and holidays.

How long does shipping take?

Metro Manila : 3 - 4 business days
Provincial: 3 - 7 business days
International: 7 business days
No shipping on weekends and holidays.

What courier do you use?

We use the services of Xpost ( and LBC for Provincial Shipping.

How do I track my package?
