Refund policy

Please check all your items immediately upon receipt.

Should you wish to return and exchange your item,
notify us within three days upon receiving your Christiana item/s.

Let us know via email at christiana.manila@gmail.com with
Subject: Return/Exchange Request
and include the details of your request.

We will respond to your email within 2 working days.

We’ll have to check the returned item first before sending out the new item for exchange.

For wrong item(s) /manufacturing defects, please inform us within 3 days of receipt and return the pieces in their original condition.

Item/s should be in its new condition, never worn, no stains and not washed.

Kindly return the item/s to us within 7 days of purchase date.
A piece of the same size and design will be sent to you in exchange, depending on availability.

For return/ exchange of items, shipping costs will be shouldered by the
customer.

We only allow a ONE TIME Exchange for all our items.
 
We DO NOT ACCEPT REFUNDS.

Store credits are allowed in 6 months.
